Suffering is optional. 2012 is here and everyone is experiencing the “global awakening” to personal power. Are you resisting it? Some are having a hard time embracing change.

You can be right, or you can chose to heal. Life is always giving you opportunities to heal through “trauma or choice” as Radical Forgiveness expert Colin Tipping says.

2. Letting Go of the Past

“Some changes look negative on the surface but you will soon realize that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge.”

If you want to manifest a new career, more love, or more awareness in everything you do this year, you need to first make the space for it to enter into your life.

This requires courage to look at the patters that are showing up in your life, the feeling of being stuck in the same ol rut is a good indication that there are some subconscious limitations holding you back from experiencing change.

Don’t get stuck in what Caroline Myss calls “woundology”, wearing your wounds on your sleeve. Chose to heal and “let go” so you can embrace the new.

3. End the Emotional Roller Coaster

Let’s be honest main stream education does not and has not taught us the most important tool for success- managing our emotions. So how do you fare up?

4 Ways we Deal with Emotions

1- We suppress them and stuff them into our bodies not feeling them until they build up and explode or worse cause physical illness or painful repetitive experiences.
2. We express them through bolstering rage or fits and temper tantrums.
3. We escape them through drugs, alcohol, food, sex, movies, tv you name it anything to avoid them.
4. We chose to simply release them and let them go. All feelings are here to be released, felt, and let go. (See video for release process)

4. Experiencing Consciousness in the NOW

“Always say “yes” to the present moment. What could be more futile, more insane, than to create inner resistance to what already is? what could be more insane than to oppose life itself, which is now and always now? Surrender to what is. Say “yes” to life — and see how life suddenly starts working for you rather than against you.”

Now is where the power is – it’s time you reclaim your personal power and release all resistance holding you out of it.

5. Invest in Yourself

Have you wanted something for years that you just can’t seem to achieve?

I’m asking the Universe for toothpicks instead of 2×4’s thank you very much, I can do without the drama.

And if you’re in the same boat, then consider how your distortions in thinking affect your outcomes.

These are the questions I explored on my recent call with Hemal Radia, manifesting and law of attraction expert and the author of “Find you and you Find Everything. Secrets to the Law of Attraction”.

The Biggest Mistakes You Could be Making that Cost You Thousands in New Business.

This “Super Coach” spent years investigating, learning and researching NLP neuro linguistic programming the science behind how our nervous systems are programmed for success or struggle before delving into the universal laws of attraction.

What I wanted to know was how can we avoid unnecessary struggle and work in growing our businesses, and what were some of the more common mistakes he witnessed people making on a continual basis that literally cost people thousands of dollars in new business. His answer was simple.

People go at business with their minds not their heart, or feelings. With emotions we create, we send out a calling card to those who would be perfectly suited for us. In “marinating” in the feeling of what it would feel like to have an abundant thriving business, we attract all necessary components to us. Weather it be clients, sales, funds, help you name it. The trick is in unleashing our emotions.

“The Secret” a popular hit movie that really exploded law of attraction onto the personal development scene for many, didn’t delve into the “how” of unleashing the power of emotions, what Hemal radia claims is THE KEY to prospering in business.

It’s all about getting into your “flow” what you want already exists, your job is to get into a good feeling in every moment and by doing that, you naturally align yourself to RECEIVE what you are wanting.

A great exercise to get you in the flow is to write out what you would be doing if your business was where you wanted it to be. With whom would you be interacting with on a daily basis? How would you spend your days? How would you be enjoying more free time?

Because “money” doesn’t excite folks, money is just a peice of paper. What the money can buy you is exciting. So focus yourself on the feelings of having those things you are wanting.

The theme word of our call was “marinating” by marinating yourself in the feeling of a thriving business, just like you’d marinate a steak before setting it onto the BBQ you achieve this level of vibration of success that then calls into your experience more clients and more sales easily.

People think it has to be work, so they work and work and work. Hemal is saying to find your flow, do what makes you feel good, and grateful in each moment, so that you become in alignment with you then you find everything, the theme of his book which I highly recommend. A very easy read where he outlines practical tips for manifesting just about anything!

Another great way to shift your vibration and get into the flow is by writing a gratitude list at the end of each day. A process he takes his clients through. It could be a list about how you appreciate yourself, since many people have very low opinions and low self worth when it comes to deserving money. These simple daily exercises are creating huge turn a rounds for his clients.

When problems arise as they always do, Hemal suggests to focus on enjoying the process of creating. When you find yourself going down the rabbit hole, creating resistance and drowning in negative thoughts ask yourself – how would I like the situation to unfold?

In truth we live in an abundant universe. No matter what the economy is doing we have a choice to focus on discuss and explore what we want to. Paradigms of scarcity and lack we can re-program through the discipline of choosing to feel better in each moment.

If you have trouble visualizing and imagining this, try tapping into the “feeling” of the beauty we see around us, the abundance we see in nature, the oceans, or a mountain, a field of flowing flowers in the streaming afternoon sun. Connect with this free flowing force is like connecting with our own natural and wild, organic flow of abundance.

From this new space of expansion and flow ask your question and let it come to you. This is NOT a thinking process. This is like reaching into the knowing fields and allowing the answers to come. Kind of like putting in an address in your car GPS system in and then accessing a new travel route within seconds. Feeling supercharged with energy as you complete this process, now open your eyes and record your experience in a journal.

#2- Calling in New Clients!

In order to call in more clients energetically Soleira has another process, this one slightly different.

BE WARNED, you might just call in more business than you can handle! That’s what happened to Soleira one January afternoon when she started playing with this process. All of a sudden she became overwhelmed with new business clients calling from out of the blue, and all on the same day!
Here are the steps involved…

Feel yourself expanding, see yourself bigger than you are, feel yourself as big as the city you live in, then the nation, then who knows maybe even the world.

There is yet another layer of collective consciousness Soleira explains where all resonant, co-creative, brilliant and powerful people play connected through the “weave”. Not the collective layer where people are connected through fear and public knowledge or media scandals, a much more heightened layer where you find the people who are celebrating this time in life and celebrating their co-creative powers and realizing their own brilliant potential.

This is the field you want to connect with. And when you do, when you reach into this weave of life with your business and your offer you can spread it kind of like sowing seeds while actually supercharging the field with it.

Next call in your clients consciously. Say who you are and what you have to offer and then ask “if this is a right match for you, come and find me”.

The last step involves thanking and gifting these people with a feeling of wild abundance, flow and connection before they even arrive.

This is a process of “exhilarating” your message into the pure flow of potentiality and thanking it for landing and calling in the right folks to work with.

You know it’s actually more important to feel good in each moment then it is to take action from a place where you feel you HAVE to. When you feel good, you take the “right” action versus doing something because you feel you have to. One creates resistance the other puts you in the flow, can you feel the difference?

Become aware of what feels good for you in each moment and allow yourself to do that. Maybe it’s taking a nap, or eating something or doing even nothing, taking no action at all.

#1-Feel good first and the rest will follow

When you feel good you naturally tune into a higher vibration, and since everything is energy operating through the universal law of attraction then what you vibrate you also attract back to you. If you feel good you will attract more reasons to feel good. If you feel wealthy you will attract more reasons to feel wealthy, same thing for happiness, health, love ect.

One of the fastest and easiest ways to feel good right now is to get outside and feel the sun on your body. I don’t know one person who does not enjoy the warmth of the sun. It’s a fast way to tune into how you feel and it’s free. I have a chapter about tuning into the abundant vibration of nature in my book “From bankrupt to $900 a Day Selling Mops. Rising Entrepreneurs How to mop u on Cash in Any Economy!”

What can you do right now to feel better, what’s the first thing that comes to mind. Start and work from there. What I find my clients struggle with the most is allowing themselves to go with what feels good. It’s like there is this programming that stops them and say’s “no you have to do ‘this first or this instead’” and it’s often a notion of some social standard or social conditioning of what’s right versus the intuitive pull of what is authentically right for that individual. Does that make sense? If you can tune into what feels right for you to do and do that, success will beat a path to your door faster than you can ever imagine.

2-Focus on “What” you want not the “How” it’s going to get there

This is definitely the biggest block to experiencing abundance and authentic success. If you want to manifest something quickly spend time visualizing and emotionalizing the outcome, the goal in s vivid detail as you can right now. If the goal of your business is to eventually have the money to buy the house of your dreams then visualize living in that house, what it feels like to sit out on your deck out back, the bbq’s you’ll enjoy with your friends, harvesting your garden. Maybe your goal is to feel loved, respected, adored, empowered, celebrated so start feeling that way NOW.

The science of creating and manifesting is really the science of investigating how our minds work. The science of neuro conditioning has always fascinated me. Neuro pathways are links created in the mind, connections that get formed in your mind through the energy of emotions. They fire off energy and create pathways for new beliefs. So therefore creating new neuro pathways is the creation of new beliefs. We create new neuro pathways links in the mind and it through repetition and the repetition of emotion.

TIP: Spend some time before you drift off to sleep envisioning and living in your outcome. Ten to fifteen minutes is all you need. Do this until you feel yourself excited. You will tune yourself to the vibration of actually having it. And since your subconscious mind can’t tell the difference from what is real or imagined, since it works off of images, you will be attracting all co-operative people, experiences and opportunities to bring your vision to fruition. 3-Start a 100 day success challenge.

One of my secrets to success is a 100 day challenge. It’s how I started my business. I made myself a challenge for creating a blog in 100 days, and an authentic way to share my message. That was my first 100 day challenge. I created goals I wanted to achieve in 100 days. The trick is to challenge yourself with something outside your comfort zone something you know you could do if you would just get off your butt and stop procrastinating doing.

TIP:

• Pick 3-5 big goals you want to accomplish.
• Write them down on a piece of paper
• Pick a start date and end date
• Journal, video blog or share your intentions via social media (this makes it real)
• Keep noticing what shows up and be grateful
• Pick 3 new habits you want to put in place to achieve your goals.

4-Remember if you desire it, then it already exists

Some people think that their goals are way too farfetched. The truth is if you have a dream, a desire or a goal than you already possess everything you need in order to fulfill it and it already exists in the realm of energy just waiting for you to become a match and allow it in.

TIP: So don’t get hung up with thinking “who am I to accomplish this big hairy goal”. It’s a common block that stops a lot of entrepreneurs from allowing themselves to move closer to their goals. You CAN achieve your dreams because the simple fact of having those desires means you can also have what it takes to make it happen.

5-Practice the vibration of gratitude

It’s simple but not easy. Feeling grateful is the doorway that open to you the success you have been desiring. It’s simple but not easy because often times people make intentions once and then forget about it. The trick is to train yourself into a higher vibration from which you will become a match and allow what you want to come to you. The fastest way to do this is to practice feeling grateful.

TIP: I do this every morning before I get out of bed. I start my day by feeling grateful for all of the good things I have in my life. Even my cozy little bed:)

The more “time” you spend feeling grateful the more the universe will send you moments to be grateful for through the universal law of attraction. Gratitude is the ultimate feeling good vibration.

#1- Know who you are

Hold onto the gorgeousness of who you are. Start a spiritual practice to practice being yourself.

#2 – Vision

Remember what is real. The world is speeding up but the chase for success is taking longer and longer. SLOW DOWN!

Ask yourself:

• What is true in my life?
• What is important?
• What do I love?
• What is my joy?
• What do I want to be?
• What do I want to do with my wild and crazy life?

The faster you run the more you get lost.

#3- Learn how to discern between fake business and true purpose

Permanent business = confusion and distraction.

The purpose of your life is not to be as busy as possible. Business is the biggest obstacle to spiritual growth. Chinease definition of business – heart + killing.

Ask yourself:

• How do I make myself unnecessarily busy?
• What do I lose when I am permanently busy?
• What does my business defend me against? Control- God?
• What good things could happen if I was less busy?

#4 – Have a definition of success

Connect with your heart. Meditate for 30 minutes each day. Success is not about driving harder its about letting go of whats blocking your heart.

Life is hard when we have a success contract with the Ego.

Let the personality relax so that the soul can come out and do it’s work.

Its often in the parts of your life that you working the hardest that work the least.

We have to move from ambition to meaning.

#5 – Forgiveness

Failure isn’t fatal it just feels that way sometimes. Every failure is a sign up for higher learning. Have basic trust that life doesn’t happen TO you it happens FOR you.

#6 – Purpose Principal

If your definition of success has no LOVE in it, get another one! Dedicate your life to Love.

I manifested a miracle….I met Wayne Dyer! Can you believe it?

From the “Power of Intention” man himself…actually Wayne Dyer’s book “The Power of Intention” was one of the first books on personal development I ever read.

Setting your intention is the first step in manifesting your goals and dreams.

1- Know what you want and state it in the positive ex: I am meeting Wayne Dyer and getting a photgraph with him

2- Believe in a power higher than yourself in charge of organizing all events.

3- Relax and enjoy your life and stay open to signs and signals from your subconscious. Sometimes your intuition will tell you to play a cetain song and on that particular day the lyrics hit you with the answer to a question you’ve been asking. Or you get the urge for an ice cream and on the way to the dep you catch a glimpse in the check out line at a headline on the daily newspaper, the answer to a question you’ve been wondering about.

Isn’t always when we are not pushing or forcing the  “way” that what we are seeking reveals itself?

The hardest part about allowing in a miracle is letting go of the perception of “who we think we are”. It is the EGO that likes to keep us feeling comfortable, the beleifs about who we are that keep us stuck in what we perpetually experience.  The trick is to “let go” and as Wayne say’s “let God”.
